Lucy Stevens’ art practice examines the acoustic ecology of the natural environment, in particular the songs of birds to demonstrate the value of nature and promote wildlife conservation. Her practice uses field recording, digital illustration, drawing and printmaking as a tool to interpret bird vocalisations through visualising their songs and calls.
