Natural Science Drawings

A collection of mixed media drawings onto paper based on the natural science collections from New Walk Museum in Leicester. The artworks explore colour theory, including colour harmony and colour context to position the birds within an abstract settings. The artworks were created during lockdown at Lucy’s temporary home studio using gouache paint, wax pastel, spray paint, Posca pens and Indian ink.
